This website is built and hosted using Framer, provided by Framer B.V.

When you visit this website, technical information may be processed to ensure its delivery, security and proper functioning. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages and timestamps.

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, where necessary for my legitimate interests in operating and securing the website.

Technical logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s applicable retention settings and policies. Where I control retention, logs are deleted once they are no longer needed for security, troubleshooting or investigating incidents.

For further information, please refer to Framer’s Privacy Statement.

3. Analytics

This website uses Framer Analytics to understand general website usage, including page views and visitor numbers.

According to Framer, its built-in analytics does not use cookies or persistent identifiers. Further information is available in Framer’s information on GDPR and cookies.

4. Contact Form and Email Enquiries

If you contact me through the website’s contact form or by email, I process the information you provide to respond to your enquiry.

Contact form submissions are stored in Framer and sent to me by email. I am the sole intended recipient of these submissions, using zoee.stern@gmail.com.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general enquiries, or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns steps before entering into a contract or an existing contractual relationship.

Contact form submissions and general email enquiries are deleted within 12 months after the enquiry has been resolved, unless further retention is necessary for an ongoing relationship, legal claims or a legal obligation. Emails forming part of a contract or business transaction are retained for the applicable statutory retention periods.

These requests may transmit technical information, including your IP address and browser information, to the relevant external services. Although the preview code does not explicitly implement cookies or browser storage, the live website has not been fully audited to verify all cookies, identifiers or other storage.

If you subscribe to a newsletter through a Substack signup feature, the information you provide, such as your email address, is processed to manage your subscription and deliver newsletter communications. Substack may process this information under its own privacy terms. You can unsubscribe using the link provided in newsletter emails.

For further information, please refer to Substack’s Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies and External Resources

Framer Analytics does not use cookies according to Framer. However, the use of cookies or similar technologies by external services involved in loading Substack content has not been conclusively verified for the live website.

The website’s fonts and other relevant locally hosted assets are served from the website infrastructure. The website also contains links to social media platforms and other external websites. When you follow these links, the destination website’s own privacy practices apply.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. If technologies requiring prior consent are used, an appropriate consent mechanism will be implemented where required by law.
